HabMAX offers package and standalone property policies through Fortegra Specialty Insurance Company. The program considers older properties that have been fully updated and renovated.
SureProducts, founded in 2004, specializes in these California property classes:
- Apartments, condominiums and homeowners associations
- Mixed-use and commercial lessor’s risk properties
- Mercantile buildings, offices and strip shopping centers
- Warehouses
- Hospitality, including hotels and motels (property only)
Eligibility at a glance
- Fully updated and renovated properties demonstrating pride of ownership
- No losses during the previous three years
- Buildings of four stories or fewer
- At least five habitational units
- Brush-exposed risks are not eligible
- Wood shake roofs or siding are not eligible
